Carol Maglitta and Karen Beck started the business in the spring of 2004. one[visual]mind originated from a shared concept that clients deserve both good design and insightful design that help solve their business needs. We assist our clients with branding, collateral development, marketing publications, websites, and tradeshow graphics.

Carol Carol has been working as a professional designer and illustrator in the Boston area for nearly 15 years. Her work experience includes freelance, small studios, educational publishing and advertising agencies like PJA.

Karen Karen is originally from the West Coast. She worked there for eight years as an art director for studios specializing in print, web, and environmental design. In 2004 she and her husband moved to Massachusetts.
